What is offset training?
In short, offset training is when you put weight or resistance outside your center of gravity such that you have to work to stay straight and not bend, lean, and/or twist.
Why is it so great?
Offset training is one of the best ways to identify and correct muscle imbalances and reduce risk of injury!
