1. Is this just for runners?
No! My app isn't just for runners or elite athletes. It’s for anyone who wants build strength and endurance, increase mobility and injury resistance, and look and feel better.

Many of my programs include running, but you always have the option of substituting some or all of the runs for some other form of cardio. Additionally, every running workout includes beginner and advanced options so that everyone can challenge themselves no matter their fitness level.

The primary focus of my app is strength and mobility training - the same type of training you may have seen me post about on Instagram and YouTube. This type of training is great for dedicated runners. But it's equally great for anyone looking to improve their fitness, mobility, athleticism, and physique.

2. What equipment do I need?
​
You don't need a lot of equipment, but you will need some to follow along with most of my programs. However, everything you need should already already be in your gym. I recommend watching the App Overview video below for a more detailed explanation.

3. What about nutrition?
​
Once inside my app you will have access to a solid nutrition course (which I highly recommend) at no additional charge plus additional nutrition plans and advice provided by other top professionals.

4. Are there modifications?
​
Yes. There are lists of modification movements provided inside the app. I organized these lists so that you can easily find alternative movements for many of the more challenging exercises. In addition, I will also occasionally include modification options inside the workout itself. You also have the option of direct messaging me anytime if you have questions about which modification movement might be best for you.

5. How much does it cost?
